The Fine Line Academy is the academy’s public brand. This page will disclose the legally required contracting seller and support details before real course sales begin.
Current status
Pre-launch: no live course purchases are accepted. Student login and Paystack test features are under development. The academy must populate the legally required details in this section before enabling a real “Buy” button or collecting payments.
Information that must be completed before launch
- Full legal name of the seller and legal status (individual sole proprietor or registered entity).
- Valid physical business address and address for legal service of documents.
- Working business telephone number and support email.
- Company registration number, officers and place of registration if operated by a company.
- Information about any relevant professional/accreditation memberships or codes of conduct, or an accurate statement where none applies.
- Payment methods, full tax-inclusive prices, delivery/access times, order records and refund information.
- Privacy contact / Information Officer and a completed PAIA manual as required.
Trading name
The Fine Line Academy will remain the name used on course pages, certificates and marketing. The legal identity disclosed here may differ from that public brand. This is a mandatory consumer disclosure, not a promotional reference to another business.

Customer support email and telephone will be added before sales are enabled. Customers can also refer to the Digital Course Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions of Sale for the handling of complaints and refunds.
