The Fine Line Academy provides self-paced online theory, design education and business-learning resources. Materials currently described on the site include written manuals, worksheets, planning templates and quizzes. Online learning is not in-person skills training.
2. No licence, accreditation or authorisation
The Fine Line Academy is an independent online education provider, not a licensing authority. Completing any academy course does not grant a licence to tattoo or perform permanent makeup, professional accreditation, legal permission to practise, or a government-recognised qualification anywhere in the world. A Certificate of Completion, when available, records only the named academy course successfully completed; it does not certify supervised practical competence. Laws, approvals, training and insurance requirements vary by country and locality, and learners must verify and comply with the rules wherever they intend to practise.
3. Safety and supervised practical training
Tattooing and PMU involve skin penetration and carry risks including infection, allergic reactions, scarring and injury. Learning materials do not establish competency to work on real skin. Do not use this website as a substitute for supervised practical training, current infection-control protocols, professional assessment or personalised clinical advice.
4. No guarantees of results or income
We do not promise a specific artistic outcome, employment, client numbers, profitability or business income. Examples, worksheets, suggested methods and business calculations are educational illustrations, not guarantees.
5. Third-party platforms and trademarks
The Fine Line Academy is an independent brand and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Third-party names and logos, if referenced, identify their respective services or owners; they do not imply endorsement of our courses. Payment-provider services, when enabled, will be identified before checkout.
6. Courses, prices and availability
Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, published future-course prices and bundle totals are planning information and not active offers. Public checkout and automatic course delivery are not yet enabled. When sales open, the product page must state the final price, currency, taxes and any fees, contents, access term, delivery arrangements and applicable policies before payment.
7. Intellectual property and student use
Original academy copy, illustrations and protected materials remain subject to copyright and the applicable student licence. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution, resale or posting of paid content. Any authorised template use is defined in the Course Licence.

The Fine Line Academy is the public-facing brand name, not a substitute for identifying the contracting seller. No business owner identity, accreditation or registration number is invented on this website.
