Ombre brows and powder brows are terms often used to describe softly shaded cosmetic brow appearances. Naming conventions differ between artists, so the consultation matters more than a label.
Appearance and expectations
A powder-style brow generally refers to a soft makeup-like finish. Ombre is often used for a gradient effect, commonly softer at the front and stronger toward the tail. Exact results depend on many factors and should not be guaranteed from a reference photo.
PMU is not ordinary makeup
Both descriptions relate to cosmetic tattooing, which breaks the skin. Suitable screening, infection prevention, informed consent and supervised practical training are essential. A self-paced theory course alone does not qualify someone to perform a procedure.
What the complete course will cover
The planned Ombre & Powder Brows Theory course is intended to cover consultation, brow design principles, skin-related considerations, terminology and responsible expectations. The detailed lesson materials and exercises will be available only after enrolment when the course is released.
